3 ml of EDTA whole blood required to be send at Ambient temperature for local samples and refrigerated condition for outstation samples. Samples stable for 2 days at Ambeint and 2 to 3 days for refrigerated condition. Do not keep EDTA whole blood in contact with ice packs. Do not freeze. TRF, Genetci history is mandatory.
