4 ml of peripheral blood in EDTA tube/10-12ml Amniotic Fluid in sterile container/ chorionic villus(CVS) specimen in a sterile screw-top container filled with tissue culture transport medium. Ship refrigerated. Dully filled TRF with clinical and family history is mandatory.
